Meet Kaden Brackman- Precision Ag Specialist
New Employee Spotlight: Kaden Brackman,
A little about Kaden:
I recently graduated from Wilmington College with a bachelor’s degree in agronomy. During my time in school, I completed several agronomy-related internships with Buckeye Ag Testing and Precision Planting’s PTI Farm.
Outside of work, I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors. If I’m not helping out on my family farm, I’m fishing, hunting, hiking, or spending time with family and friends.
Fun fact: My family has five Golden Retrievers and we raise puppies!
How did you hear about Advanced Agrilytics, and why did you want to be part of our team?
I heard about Advanced through their well-known internship program. While I wasn’t an intern myself, I consistently heard great things about the company’s commitment to mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. As I began exploring full-time opportunities after college, I was drawn to Advanced Agrilytics’ mission to help farmers realize the full potential of their acres.
What excites you most about working at Advanced Agrilytics?
There’s a passion for agronomy and education that runs throughout the entire organization. Everyone here truly believes in the future of agriculture, and that energy is contagious.
What’s your favorite part of working with growers?
Every grower has a unique story filled with knowledge, experience, and grit. I admire their determination and drive to get the job done, no matter the obstacles.
