Advanced Agrilytics seeks a Marketing Manager to lead our efforts on brand building, designing and implementing regional marketing and sales promotion programs and analyzing the effectiveness of our marketing spend. 

Qualified candidates must have strong project management skillshigh results orientation, a cross-functional collaboration mindset and excellent communication skills.   


Key Areas of Responsibility 

  • Understand Advanced Agrilytics technical product offerings, project pipeline and business strategy in order to develop and align our marketing strategy and pricing structure to support current and future business needs. 
  • Work with Executive Leadership and Area Business Managers to design and implement regional marketing plans to address the needs of each region to meet their business growth objectives. 
  • Work closely with Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them appropriate tools, marketing materials. 
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure recruitment and onboarding materials are consistent with brand strategy. 
  • Work closely with the Training Leader and other trainers to ensure consistency of message and leverage of materials across functions. 
  • Develop and implement the overall brand building and awareness efforts for the organization including but not limited to the development of the social media footprint and communications strategy. 
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing spend including measurement of ROI and assessment of the effectiveness of marketing programs. 
  • Leverage data to create scalable channel strategies. 
  • Understand customer insights and behaviors to reach the proper audience and nurture the customer journey. 
  • Leverage data to create scalable channel strategies. 
  • Coordinate with agencies including media, public relations, advertising, market research agencies and other external providers and drive timely project management of critical projects. 
  • Oversee and actively participate in marketing communications including content creation, creative development, execution and dissemination. 
  • Develop, oversee, manage, and have accountability for tradeshow/events for the company. 

Skills and Competencies


  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, public relations, business or a related field  
  • Experience in the Agriculture/ Equipment industry required 
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in the field of marketing 
  • Experience in services marketing or marketing in a digital industry preferred 
  • Has demonstrated a successful track record of leading scrappy, innovative and impactful marketing campaigns through non-traditional channels, with small budgets and lean teams. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proactive application 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, allocate resources and meet deadlines 


Location: Preferably Indianapolis with flexibility.  Must be willing to travel throughout the Midwest.
